Product analytics
Flyer uses PostHog for privacy-respecting product analytics. We use route categories and high-level product actions to improve Flyer, but our intentional analytics events do not include names, email addresses, event content, visited URLs, RSVP answers, or other free text.
Autocapture, session recording, and URL-based page tracking are disabled, and Flyer respects your browser's Do Not Track preference.
Browser event payloads also exclude raw user-agent, browser/device details, timezone, screen and viewport data, and session identifiers. We use an opaque analytics identifier to connect product events; for signed-in users, this is Flyer's opaque account ID rather than a name or email address.
Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with group organizers for events you RSVP to, and with service providers who assist in operating our platform.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Your Rights
You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your account settings. If you wish to delete your account entirely, please contact us at support@joinflyer.com.
